Use dosage per 8 oz of boiled water, steep in a mug 15–20 minutes, and strain. Remember to purchase infuser set to make cups of tea
Pressure Guide:
128–140: Take 1–2 teaspoons daily
145–160: Take 1 tablespoon daily
165 - over: Take 2 tablespoons daily
